Does it usually run the same as UHF size?

@PJS You can definitely use your UHF size as a starting point, however, depending on how you want this to wear (over a t-shirt, layered, etc.) and how you want it to fit, you should depend a bit more on the actual chest and shoulder measurements (keeping in mind that this is a trim fitting jacket).

I'd like to add that sleeve length is a key factor here. With riding in mind, the sleeves on this one are fairly long, will come up a bit with the creases setting in, but still might be too long if you shoot for a more relaxed fit.

Mine arrived yesterday and think it may be too boxy on me sigh -gone for the weekend but fit pics to come Monday. Gonna need the collective to weigh in here.
