Not great pics but here you go.  As soon as I saw these pics I shortened the cuff a bit to lengthen them out.  I've never been so up in the air about which pair to wear next, these or the indigo BBs.

Thanks, LC.  I actually went +1 after seeing your fit.  The top block is a little weird since it's still pretty stiff and a size up but I figure it'll get better as it softens.

True…i was having the same experience with the top block.. it will definitely get better once it softens up especially since the heavy pockets ( lined) push the fabric on the arse area up...making the seat area sits bit weird for the first few wears...

Shrinkage - do these snug up much in the width, apart from the waist - how muh change is there in the seat and legs?

How much do they actually shrink in length - IH says approx 2", SE says 2.5", and reading Giles' experience, about 1.5"

^^ the measurements differ depending on the method of shrinking,wash/soak/hot/warm..

I've posted in this thread somewhere the measurement of my size 32, after 2 hot soak and 2 boiling soak…i think the shrinkage is probably much done.. maybe you wanna check that one out for reference...

Waist:  31.5"
Thigh : 11.4"
Hem : 7.8"
Inseam : new at 36" --> current at 34.6"

got my devils back in my life..i wasnt satisfied with the first hem job and decided to send them back to the castle for some beauty makeover..very happy with the hemming and patchwork from the Lord

this going to be my main pair for now for the heavyweight contest

these are questions you can answer when we see the pre-soak fitpics.

if they fit loose pre-soak you easily can hotsoak them for a half an hour.
if they do fit slim pre-soak, i would say do a coldsoak or exchange

Hey guys,

i've been wearing and owning my 666 for about 6 months. Now I need it to be repaired, because the crotch seam ripped and I think that I shouldn't wait any longer as it gets worse. The problem is that most tailors are pretty particular about denim that hasn't bern washed for half a year. Would a soak be too bad?
