UPS has seriously been lacking for the past year...I don't know how much of it is customs backlogs and how much is just general incompetence on UPS's end. I have had packages sit at the local distribution centre for days with numerous excuses including one's where I asked for a redelivery...I had not

I loved a lot about the vest, especially the shoulders, but knew the wide opening on my large would drive me bonkers over time….

I find the bottom opening a bit large on mine too, but it sort of needs to be to wear over a UHF or hoodie.
You might want to sleep on it a day or two.
