Hello uninkco! If you could please post what size you wear in a similar cut it might be helpful. In general with BBs (OD or indigo), I would go true to size for a slender fit. Sizing down will work because the denim will stretch but they will be no joke tight.
+1 and if you do 1 sized down "top block" area will be very "sick" i think until forever lol
I currently have a pair of Jean Shop Rockers in a size 32 which is pretty identical and measured the same way. The waist of the 32 Rockers measures out to be about 34.5 and have a bit of room around the waist and thigh… so I'm not sure if sizing down for the Beatles will be too drastic or get TTS and try and get a bit more shrink before wearing. I think a size 34 would be the better choice...

Looking at the JS Rockers raw measurements they appear to be more slender in the thigh than the BB. Just note that you probably won't really get any more shrinkage in the BBs (def not OD, little-to-none in the indigo) and they will stretch where needed. I have a pair of 34s that have been worn about a week that I can measure for you if you want. I also have a pair of 33 ODs that have been worn since March that I can measure. Might be good to compare the two.
You could always just order both from Giles (unhemmed) and return the ones that don't work.

I measured my Rockers the same way the Iron Heart measures and it came out slightly bigger. Probably stretched out a bit from the 2 wears.
Thanks for your offer to measure the jeans but no need. I trust the info you've provided and I think the 34s are the way to go.Having a few pairs of raw indigo jeans already, do I get the ODs or the Indigo? decision decisions

OD or SBG Busters. I figure you have a few indigo, so why not go left & get something a bit different.

Hey, this is for those that have the 634S. I'm looking to get into a 2nd pair- I have the 634S currently that are awesome. If I get into some Busters, will they look like a different pair besides the OD color? or would you say are very similar. I'm looking for someone to talk me into these. hahaha.

Had the busters and 634s in the "SAME" size (buster is 1 inch smaller on the waist) and they look worlds different.. I'd probably get another 634s / sb in the future but will size down 1 possibly 2 just to have the fit similar.. The cuts are different

I'm actually looking for a pair that will look different. The 634S fits kinda roomy in the waist but fitted in the hip, roomy in the thigh. I'm thinking same size in the Busters too. So I can go smaller in the waist and slightly smaller in the thigh. Doesn't the OD start off black w/the indigo underneath? OR I can go with the 9634Z in a size down and possibly play the stretch game. That would give me a slimmer thigh, slimmer knee and an obvious different color. FYI I'm in a 36 waist on the 634S.
