Thanks for the kind words folks. I quite enjoy tent life… until I actually have to get in the tent. Jokes aside it was a lovely 24 hours with lovely people in lovely surroundings.

Part 2 of the mini vacay coming up. I’m on a boat. Which is also tune of the day…

@Heavy_blue chore coat gets daily wear (when Ingrid isn’t stealing it). I like it a lot. Combines well with just about everything. I will be picking one up, but I’m unsure about the black or the blue.

@neph93 Since my divorce last year, I've learned so much about my own mental health and how it is all linked, the ancient Greek really nailed it with their stoicism as far as I'm concerned and it got me through tough times realizing that I always suffer more inside my own head, then in reality. I hope you find peace brother. Good luck.

@scarfmace On a little break… but looking forward to getting back with pics and updates from Lofoten and more self serving observations I was chatting with someone about stoicism the other day. Not without its problems imho but definitely useful.

The "issue" I found is that you tend to get disconnected from your emotions even happy ones. The balance is to stay in touch with them, but not to let them lead you. Anyway, don't want to stray to much on the subject, this is something I would much rather discuss in person or over the phone
