Sub-par, commercial brands are making patterns that a lot of people like this year, because they watch brands like IH and copy them the following season.

The amount of times in the last 10 years I’ve seen items in a high street store and thought “IH made the proper version of that two years ago”. Doesn’t make the version from Uniqulo, The Gap or whatever other half ass brand any good. It’s still a crappy shirt whether it has last years or this this years pattern. @HalfPastNever

To be fair, UES had some pretty horrid-looking colorways this past fall. (And some nicer ones as well.) Even when IH puts out a colorway that I don’t care for, it’s never that bad.

@Matt Pinkomo has a sale that seems to go beyond the sale % IH allows (15%). I'd hop on it before it's all gone. I got this shirt from them for basically JP retail.

The 9oz fabric is much more forming to the body shape than the UHF and given that this is my very first 9oz shirt, the colorway is simply stunning. I have the western version of this one.
