                @Gammaman there is a special leather glue. If you glue leather you have to use a glue that’s very flexible. Otherwise ask a cobbler for any tip since they are leatherworkers.

                        @Gammaman I’m tagging @seawolf who is an established leather worker for advice on this. He has made quite a few belts and other items for people on this forum and would have some great info for your question.

                        Also, is the damage to the wallet or to something else? I can’t tell from your picture.

                            @Gammaman That’s not my cup of tea…

                            Some wallet’s have a strap that hold the wallet from opening in case it falls out when you’re riding. In this case I couldn’t tell if it was the strap attaching the wallet to the belt or if it was a strap to keep the wallet closed.

                            If it was either, an option would be to replace them if possible. If it was to the wallet itself the repair could/would be much more difficult.

                                        I think a few stitches could make that whole again if you don't mind the look of a repair. If it were mine, I'd use red stitching so it looks intentional, and because I like red. Glue however, won't last very long, so I'd stay away from that unless you want to repeat the repair over and over. Glue will also be messy. Where are you located? I might be able to do it for you, or perhaps even point you in the direction of a leather crafter in your area.
