Just goes to show wearing daily vs 3-4 times a week makes a massive difference. Plus I ain't wearing mine if it's 80F or more outside no way pal.

ok FOMO got me--I totally caved and ordered this bad boy from Self Edge, should arrive Monday! I've scoured this thread and I think I know what I'm getting into. @Oaktavia, @Kasi , and @Jcaz6996 I've seen many of your posts, value your opinions, and find your fade pics inspirational. This jacket is going to be my Everest I think and I look forward to the challenge: ) If the sizing is what I think, I should be able to wear it essentially like a shirt but then still layer it with some of my more tight-fitted hoodies. I'm committed to giving it the wear it deserves.

@Salted-Racer nice dude...are you planning on soaking the jacket first? I would highly recommend this and hang drying. From there, wear it when it is damp until dry. It will be rigid and scratchy but totally worth the process to set creases and create a customized fit. Just my unsolicited $.2.

@Oaktavia man, I'm glad you mentioned that! I've been wondering what I should do in regard to soaking. I will 100% take your advice on that. I've never done the wear damp thing so that will be a new experience in my raw denim journey! Based on what I see on this thread this will be the toughest denim to tame and I'm really looking forward to it!

@Salted-Racer heck yeah man your jacket will look killer by following that process. Keep in mind you will get some shrink if you use hot water at any point. I sized up one with mine and hot soaked it the night before wearing. Wore it to work all day and by noon it was mostly dry. If I could keep just one IH item (like if the house was on fire) I would grab my Lefty.

@Oaktavia nowhere near yours bud along way off yet. Hardest part wearing this jacket everyday is negotiating all my other IH clothes
. Think wearing the same pair of jeans everyday is so much easier as you can mix it up with different shirts etc..
Watching the steady evo on the Lefty is going to be worth it sort of addictive to not missing a day .. The real test is yet to come soon as it warms up can imagine it’s going to be unbearable
