I think 4XL fits quite well. Sleeves might be smidge long but I don't mind longer sleeves.

What an amazing shirt that is. I think a size down would leave it too short in the body for you, which is much worse than long sleeves. Congratulations @Nskelton

I have this. It’s an amazing shirt. 90F, unusually, in London, is the only reason it’s presently in the closet. Looks like I’m going to have to get a UHF…....
