Bread - What are you baking today…..

I have a bread paddle (Peel) somewhere in the house from when I last made bread, but it has got misplaced during the new kitchen build.  And it's driving me mad not being able to find it…...

Found it in the fishing room, why on earth did I not think of looking in there earlier  ??? ??? ??? ?

Now, safely hung on the side of a kitchen cupboard close to the oven.  That'll cause Paula to flip, if she notices it…..

Paula tells me I have a bread making issue.......But tomorrow, I will do a loaf-drop excursion and leave some loaves on the doorsteps of some of our elderly friends (yes, there are one or two older than me in Gos Vegas....) doorsteps...
