Our classic western shirt made from one-washed 12oz natural indigo Japanese selvedge denim, with black Iron Heart Permex snaps. A staple shirt that will age beautifully over time.

Johnny Cash covering Hurt by Nine Inch Nails was paramount to the revival of Johnny Cash's career in the noughties when he teamed up with Rick Rubin to do the 'American Recording Sessions' so much so that it is a common misconception that people think JC wrote Hurt.  Hurt is a NIN song through and through with a nod to Cash and the IHSH-218 at the same time.

First post should read “ nod to the IHSH-218, IHSH-95, IHSH-85, and IHSH-81”.  History is important, and the longstanding nature of the JC reference makes this Hurt Shirt that much cooler.

Yes, it is a little larger than the IHSH-33 derivatives.  I'm an L in the Hurt.

12oz denim workshirts is a sore point…....The factory that we used had issues with button holes and we have yet to find an alternative factory that can produce to the quality we expect.

Looks great. I like the colour which is sure to provide a bit of contrast paired with darker indigo or black jeans. I’ll need to check those measurements before ordering.

Would this be the same factory that produced the 12oz wabash workshirts? I've reported back before about blown button holes being an issue.

Beautiful, but really starting to get priced out the game now. £80 more than the new 33s.is that solely the cost of sourcing and the process of using natural indigo, or have production costs in Japan jumped that much?
