Locally we call that tire tread ‘pata de cabra’ (goat hoof) and they are the best in muddy conditions, while also giving a reasonable tread life on pavement. They hum loudly on pavement though.

It looked like it because of the draping and softness… but the fading pattern seemed different. Must be that lively soft morning mountain light showing the detail. Great stuff.
