The only things we reserve or take pre-orders on are those we specifically announce that that is what we are doing.  The administrative overhead of taking pre-orders nearly killed us, that is why we stopped…...

Boooo!  Thanks Giles.  I'll just cross my fingers.  Just curious since I'm still new to IH, how many shirts will typically exist total for something like this?
