      10 oz, it’s probably like the 193 or 170

      Maybe so. Maybe not

true, that was my initial thought too, but the specified weight doesn’t always seem to tell the whole story. For example, the 133 and 201 are both 6oz, but the 201 has much more heft.

This is growing on me. The work shirt version is especially good.

Is this fabric similar in warmth/breathability to say IHSH-21, or closer to say IHSH-201? - 201 is 6oz I know but subjectively feels heavier imo

@Giles or @Alex can you advise? - many thanks  🙂 Bill

@Alex - so that would be heavier than the 201 and, say, a little lighter than the 21?

                  many thanks

The 21’s are 10oz chambray so the same weight but a different beast. The shirts Alex mentions are unbrushed flannels at 10oz so they are the best reference.

The reason I ask again is that I’ve never owned/handled a 129/170/193 so I’m referencing IH shirts I own. The fabric weight doesn’t seem to always tell the whole story - for example 133 and 201 are both nominally 6oz but 201 is thicker/heavier than 133. OK, 133 is a chambray and 201 is an unbrushed flannel but, well just trying to get the best idea of what I might be out to snag when they go live  🙂

I would say it feels thicker than both the shirts you reference.

Think 201 but heavier and with a thicker weave and you’re close.
