it looks rather short… sleeves on a rider are gonna run long, they're meant to sit at proper length with the arms up on the bars

not a bad fit, but be sure it's the fit you're hoping for... I don't know if it'll stretch much. If anything you may see the sleeves shorten a bit as the combs develop at the elbows.

A super jacket, congrats on the purchase, the superblack denim is awesome.

Riders jackets are short, so loose the bulky sweater underneath, wear a t and ur good to go

The Medium is a 38 (that is, it is designed for someone with a 38 chest).  The size chart measures the actual chest measurement of the jacket, which in this case is 40.6.  G

Jz714, I'd say go for a Large: it will give you that extra length (+2cm) and width at the bottom hem (+4cm) that you need, the sleeves might then be a bit too long, but after a good deal of wear they will shorten a bit due to the forming of the arm combs…

For comparison: I have a 40" chest and wear just about every IH shirt in size L, but for this jacket I went XL (tagged 42), ...

yeh after few hours of wear, its killing my shoulders, its just a tad too small, and i was only wearing a skin tight T…

Now i have to sell/exchange it...damn

so tempted m8,,,,,but would like wear a hoodie with it so sizin is an issue,,as id wanna wear it while oot on me bandit,,and dont want to be too restricted.

Might be a medium available soon… Damn... Still not sure whether I should do this... My indigo rider still looks like new, maybe show that some love... Buy a new rider next year... Or in 5 years, seeing as how stubborn the 527J is...
