This belt is BIG. The buckle is hand made pewter measuring 100mm x 70mm, the belt itself being made of 6mm x 44mm vegetable tanned prime US cow hide.

Disclaimer: Do not try to wear this with anything other than Iron Hearts - they may not be able to handle the pressure

For reference, I wear an L in this belt. I am a 33 waist. If you are any larger than me, go for the XL…..G

This is how my large looks when buckled in the 33" waist size hole (the middle hole of 7):

Hmmm that almost makes the belt appear short… In that picture of H wearing his he must have an XL on...

G what's the length from middle hole to the hook on that L? It's not really 33" is it? And what's same lenght on an M?

35.5 and don't have an M or an XL here to measure…..............

My waist size is 36 inch.

I have the IHB-02 in XL and I wear it in the 2nd last hole.

It needs to be shorten soon as it is a tad too long.

Judging from the pictures G posted of an L. I would probably be using the last hole for an L.

Seems like a XL is the only option. Sadly the IHB-03 is not adjustable.

Not too sure if it is possible to get a leather craftsman to shorten and restitch it again.

You will be an XL KC, yes you can get it resewn, here is the buckle end construction - sewn with goat or deer tendons:
