IH-9527J - 21oz Denim Rider's Jacket - Superblack Non-Fade

sidenote:

it's riders jacket, so I assume it's meant for ridin' a motorcycle. (or at least to mimick one) In that perspective the sleeves are just correct lenght. When you rise your arms straight forward and grab imagined handlebar the sleeves should end at the wrist, and no tightness should be felt in back.

This is just how proper riding jackets are built. (my Vansons sleeves end almost to my knuckles when unzipped)

All this without having tried on that particular jacket and seen only pics of it. Styling is after classic Cafe Racer jacket to my eye.

yeah, even with my arms raised it is still a tad long. i'm glad to hear that the sleeves will shrink a little eventually.

I usually wear a leather jacket. This is my first denim jacket. Can't wait to see how it fades and wear out over time.

A superb jacket, but don't expect the supablack denim to fade and/or wear out, unless you work that thing supa hard core - you'll develop nice combs and creases with the denim, but it's not gonna fade.

Hi, just wondering whats your "medium" on actual jacket tag size? coz I've ordered a medium and it came in today as "38" on jacket tag size?!

its a very tight fit…

38 is Medium.

Looking at the sleeves in particular I think you have the right size… it is intended to be a fitted jacket.  Does it feel uncomfortable?

The reason I ask, normally medium is 40.
sleeves are spot on, its still new the jacket is stiff and quite tight, maybe some wear will stretch a bit.

Almost all new IH gear is SUPER stiff (especially the super black material)…
That's why everyone is always congratulating a new purchase then following by saying something to the effect of "now beat the piss out it, wear it hard", etc....

I'm wearing it now with zip on doing some kung-fu moves to break it in

it looks rather short… sleeves on a rider are gonna run long, they're meant to sit at proper length with the arms up on the bars

not a bad fit, but be sure it's the fit you're hoping for... I don't know if it'll stretch much. If anything you may see the sleeves shorten a bit as the combs develop at the elbows.

A super jacket, congrats on the purchase, the superblack denim is awesome.

a tad bigger is better, should of order size large…
i should ask Mr.G if i can do exchange, still haven't take the tags off
