measuring for hemming while on bike is actually important.
You need easily an extra 2" for the hem stying in original position while riding.
I just let the hem rise, more of a vintage way to go.
If I sometimes ride with sneakers or cloggs, and have cuffed jeans, I might roll down the cuff. Riding bareankled is stupid lookin' and foolish (the wind gettin' yer ankles, no good) -
