yep, its the flat head white chambray 7100w. i have the same shirt and sized down and would echo lando's advice here. i usually wear 40 in flat head flannel but went down to 38 in my chambray as i didnt think i would layer with it.

it's just plain black Tee with skullflames you see, nothing else printed. ie not bonded to a certain mc brand.
A friend brought it from Florida 'bout a decade ago. So actually don't know anything alse about it. (that was approx. the time flamesleeves became popular in my neck of the woods)
