@Brock Comparison of large and small die hair clips.
Of note is the opening size when open and then when closed. When open, the large has more hair space of course, but when closed, the small has the bigger opening. Big enough that it may slip off the end of my beard.

Picked up my first piece of GAH today from RnH - medium club ring. I cannot stop staring at the thing :o

What a thing of beauty. Congrats @LewisStonehouse
-
Great score! And congratulations on the new addiction
-
Cheers @RoxRocks86
@popvulture ha yep, just what I needed. Predictably already plotting the next three purchases
-
Congrats @LewisStonehouse on a great choice.
The grease has been applied. Welcome to the slippery slope…

Cheers @Manticore
Yep, it's given me a conundrum as to whether to plough money into FW21 or a bunch of bling. Indecision and lack of ability to compromise probably means it will be both and I'll be back on the pot noodle diet

24" Frisco chain
The Bottom Half clip
Tom Wood Viking rings -
@daltmeyer is that a GAH chain? The only one I've seen available is on SE's site and it seems like an overall smaller width, with rounder links. I like yours better, been looking for a frisco style that's a little heftier like that.
It's either that or my next slippery purchase will be a no.3 curb necklace.
-
@popvulture I think it's one of these https://rivetandhide.com/good-art-frisco-chain.html
-
Ah! Yeah that’s the same one SE has. The links look more rounded, not sure they’re the same but could just be me not seeing it.
-
@popvulture Yes, it is the Good Art 24" Frisco chain. An excellent choice for a great chain being smaller but sturdy and will fit through most bales.
I don't know if the design has changed but my Frisco seems to have more oval or even close to a rectangular shape to the links.
Here it is a comparison shot of:
GA 28" #1 Curb
GA 24" Frisco
GA 30" #4 Curb -
@daltmeyer thank you — that’s super helpful! I don’t care too much if the shape of the links has changed a little, but it’s great having your pic to gauge the overall thickness of the chain. The pics of it by itself on SE or R+H make it a lot harder to get an idea.
That’s a rad collection you’ve got there! Lookin badass.

Thank you kindly @popvulture. Hope it helps!

Slipping and sliding down that slippery slope. Piece no. 2, no.3 (sterling belt loop buddy) on the way from Cali. Model 25 ring next

Really enjoying the model 10. Finding it very nostalgic as it reminds me of a (completely naff) necklace my Dad bought me from a surf shop when we were on holiday made by a brand called Gratis when I was a kid. It was something like this:
I absolutely cherished that necklace, and I have no idea what happened to it. This is a more grown up/luxe version, and it needs a pendant (though perhaps not something like the above ;D)
-
@daltmeyer you ever weigh how much bling you wear on a daily basis? You are always fully loaded
@LewisStonehouse nice! Lots of good art pendants to choose from
