yeah - it can be good hectic
depends on your ingredients but generally (very) high cocao content chocolate goes quite nicely
i've used willies chocolates for that

I usually cook only on weekends, don't have time to do it on weekdays, and nobody eating it...
I'll try to think of something for the weekend.
