I'm so disappointed.
I didn't think if have to explain my comments.

Those Ditas look good and they will in another 10yrs. I ordered the following from SALT:
Vance (too small but very nice, maybe a bit too on-trend also):
http://www.saltoptics.com/shop/detail.php?id=63&pageindex=22&categoryid=2&orderby=1&prod_type=2
Wyatt (the ones I kept):
http://www.saltoptics.com/shop/detail.php?id=66&pageindex=26&categoryid=2&orderby=1&prod_type=2
McGinley (too sporty):
http://www.saltoptics.com/shop/detail.php?id=51&pageindex=12&categoryid=2&orderby=1&prod_type=2
The Wyatts are sporty-ish but when you see them square on they're more angular (vs. the McGinleys).

Seinfeld was one of the more popular American sitcoms ever, ran in the 90's. The show centered around Jerry Seinfeld, a comedian, and his 3 friends. I will be brief re: my reference, and I'm just going from memory here…
George dropped off some film at a photolab where a nice looking lass worked, and through conversation he gets the idea she's looked at his pics, and perhaps she's interested, though she's a bit out of his league ... then he finds a seductive picture of a lady mixed in with his developed pics, and assumes it's from the lass at the photolab ... he wants to ask her out but Kramer (wacky neighbor) encourages him he must play the game a little, making reference to "the timeless art of seduction", and offering to help George out in a photo shoot... leading to...
of course it was all a misunderstanding, and comedy ensues…So Geo, when you talked of the pretty lady at the opto office and her little hidden message to you, well, you gotta play the game a little...

i like the Vance - surprised you think they are small - they are the same size as my Statesman
but the Wyatts are much nicer than the McGinley imo too
i have a fancy for these, but the might be a little too rounded on the lens

and these are really lovely, but I am a fan of Kaneko

maybe on the small side again though

jacoavlu - i knew who Seinfield was/is . . . was just demonstrating the point that everyone makes a joke that is too clever/dumb/subtle . . . this being a great example of my humour not travelling too well
at least you were funny

Maybe I have a fat face? When I said small I just meant too small for me. They pinched the shit out of my temples and proportionally didn't work. Out of respect for you, I didn't try on the Ditas, but I did notice they're about the same size.
I like those Kaneko and they seem to fit your steez. The clip-on idea with the Illestevas is a little much, personally. I assume you could just get sunglass lenses put in.

doubt there is much fat on you anywhere brother . . . you should have triad the Dita's - wouldn't have minded in the slightest
the clip-on is a little over the top - in a funny way i think that's what first drew my attention - kinda retro thing
anyways beautiful choice on the Wyatts - enjoy and post some pics (of that chubby little face ;D) up as soon as?
plus you seem to be on the ball with cool weblinks . . . so keep them coming too

You guys are rockin' some serious lookin' glasses. Though they are too "heavy" for my taste nowadays (well except Geo's Ditas, luckily they are too big for my head, I checked the meas.)
I remember the days when BIG glasses were in fashion, and I also had to have them…Can't do it anymore.
I remember when I got my first "Buddy Holly" glasses in school, it was around 1. May. My english teacher looked at me and said" Injun, now you had your funny moment, back to your normal glasses and start studying." Was she embarrassed when I told her that they were my new real glasses. Nobody had such in around 1980 here, Totally unfashionable, but young teddyboy was proud of them.
These are mine at the moment, kids hate the round ones. I had almost similar pair as the squares, but in grey and metallic orange frame. Lost them last summer, EFF.

I'm crazy about glasses. I have 10 pairs that I rotate through now (as well as 5 pairs of sunglasses) from Moscot, Shuron and other vintage pairs.
I found these today that I can't wear because they are Rx and I have to put in contacts if i wanted to.
PERSOL STYLE# 2759you can pick them up for cheap in the sales forum if you want them.
