but I size up 2 sizes to avoid builder crack

Give it another go size up 2 sizes..

Nah didn’t go true 2 size, didn’t go for wear Raw for six months lots of crap and fade are not that good that way.

What I did do soak them for for one hour hot water, worm them damp to set the pattern of ceases, comb that
called a head start…

Bottom line no builder crack.. I live my life wanna move in my jeans

Ok, just tried them on .
Managed to get all buttons closed, waist is ok
Thighs at the point were it’s measured is ok too , down from that point it‘s pretty tight.
Think I can wear them, hopefully they will not shrink too much at thighs.
I will post some pics later ..

want to do like you and Reuben recommend
initial wash to get the shrinkage out and avoid shifting
have no bathtub so I will wash them in the machine.
40 degrees not more , hope that’s enough.
will wash 30 degrees later so should be no trouble with shrinking again

Spunds like a plan @Daniel San But do soak them with the shower head first and flip them inside out. Then wash with no or very low spin.

I did that today with my 666 25oz soak hell out of them with shower head and Machine wash

Yes Sir, learned a lot here
soak all my IH clothing before I put them in the machine!
what would you recommend ? washing alone in the machine or with something else , a hoodie for example.

I always put them alone. Not sure if it makes any difference.

I think it will tear of my skin on the back of my knees when breaking in 
hope it will get a bit softer with inital washing, when all the starch is out….

They will get softer as you wear them

what inseam shrinkage did you get ? It says up to 1 inch , did you remember how much yours shrank?

This will give you a idea.

On mine 25oz 666

I soak them hot water, end up at 35 inches.

Send Gosport got them to 34 inches.

Wash them 40 degrees end up with 33 inches.

Kept them little long the hems will burst with holes at some point

I will take one inches off  again…

Make them last longer
