I never had a single pair of jeans crotch-damaged, even after years of wearing and even the lamest of them. I think it depends on the owner. Everyone has his crucial points. Mine are knees and pockets.

nah, kiddin' aside. jeans worn real tight, so that they don't come "up" properly will cause crotchblow pretty soon.

my Lee 1001Z's blew crotch after first wash when I sat down legs quite apart and my jawns weren't properly "seated".

Size 30. Up from 28-29 from when I wore jeans real tight. But the 634s isn't real tight on me (in r&r or swedish meassures..)

I'm sure. Since I expected it myself I had exterminators over, couldnt find anything.

What do you mean by "come up"?

They dont sag if thats what you mean (slim waist and heavy legs make jeans sit tight but as supposed on me)

I mean they sag a bit in the crotch area, if too tight. That causes abnormal abrasion…

On the contrary, Nudie must be the crappiest piece of denim ever made (save Cheap Monday, my nations pride…). But I got ten years of denim junkiedom now, and I have yet to see a pair of jeans lasting a year. Thought IH could be the first brand to offer a one year warranty, but I'll guess not.

i was thinkin along the same lines,,there is no way u  can kill off a pair of 634s and 9301s in such a way/short space of time, unless the Nudie mindset/logic was seriously applied, even then it would be hard goin

Some of the loose threads were cut off/burned away when repaired. The hole on the picture is more "getting holier" than fraying away.
