Tattoos

Guy is a fucking legend and have had the pleasure of seeing him tattoo at IN2U back in the day.
I have space saved for him which nearly happened whilst he was guesting regularly in London before he buggered off to Hong Kong and then Mexico. It WILL happen one day.

Oh wow man that's rad. Head tattoos hurt. I have a black mamba on the back of my head and wrapping around to my temple. Not fun!!!

There are definitely two ways to do it…all at once or build it up like a puzzle.

Ha! If you are an obsessive person like myself, you can point out that one can always layer their sleeves…which is what I plan on doing soon. My left arm sleeve is nicely done, for what its worth, but I love the idea of layering lots of blackwork overtop of certain areas...thinking shadow puppet, stencil or cookie cutter type shapes. Once I finish my back, which will hopefully be next month.

That's the one! Been getting tattoed by him for over 15 years. He has just moved back to the UK 1.5 hours from me so has saved me having to go stateside to see him for work.
I have indeed imbibed before when getting my palms tattooed. I think that will definitely be the plan for the noggin too!

Funny/Not so funny story: I was 17 years old and had just joined the US Navy (1990). It was our second day of boot camp and we were all lined up like cattle getting our heads shaved by the base barbers.
Our drill instructors/company commanders and recruiting officers had given us numerous opportunities to reveal if you have any tattoos that may get you kicked out of the military and at that point everyone said that they were good.
The barber set the kid down beside me and started to shave his head…barber made the first pass all was good. Made a second pass and uncovered a large swastika above his ear. Barber stopped and said to the kid that he was done and let the drill instructor know.
Never saw the kid again...Immediate expulsion from the military. Always wondered how that guy thought he was going to get away with that one.

Nice! I remember when His Book of Lines came out and wanted a copy. Didn't he have a shirt through 3Sixteen too? Rad stuff.
I have both of my palms done and f-ck me was that a hell of a time. When folks ask which one hurt the most I always show them my palms.

Have a creepy multi-eyed creature for my right thigh and then my back's gonna be, like, a Roman short sword (hilt up) down my spine with snakes, skulls, and flames. In other words, it's gonna be representative of how tough I wish I were.
