Interesting thing I found out today, regarding the expensive American IPA issue mentioned a while back. When they get imported to Norway, They get a new label sticker label giving them a new barcode amongst other things. The sticker also contains a Best Before date that is 6 months later than the original  ???

Love it. I will have a good Google later. I will say that it was somewhat reminiscient of some of Nick Cave’s illustrations.

Anyhoo… back to the beer. I love everything these guys do and this is just stunning. Saison with wild yeast matured on gin barrels. The colour and taste was magical. Unicorn pee, basically.

Had this last night. A brewery I was unfamiliar with (Danish, I think), and while absolutely making the mark for everything a modern DIPA should be, it was cheap! 15% cheaper than Apex, 30% cheaper than US imports…

Dry & Bitter is hit & miss… I do have one incoming in my next order though...
