I never went to a restaurant like this before. But it, Katsu, was amazing.

It’s not necessarily Hawaiian as katsu is Japanese, but it’s def a popular local dish served exactly like that.

It's like the size of a 9 inch 2 layer birthday cake. I've watched 4 different people try to eat one. Even just eating the bun is a lot. None of the guys were able to even get past halfway and they were sick for a couple days after.

Oof. Well maybe I’m overestimating my stomach. Perhaps when I was younger. I know I’ve drilled a 1/2 pound burger and fries, and still had dessert, though. Marcia and I polished off a cowboy ribeye that was like 36oz., once.
