I have cut them off before right next to the hem. Or you can cut them shorter. Tie it in a knot or melt it with a lighter if you're worried about it.

The chain stitch will naturally unravel if cut or abraded (like on our hems on jeans). On older shirts like the Ihsh-16, there was no bartack near the bottom hem. If cut, and not tied or melted, it could unravel up the seam. Nowadays there is a bartack, so if you cut the run-off at the hem, it is unlikely to unravel further up the seam. The bartack is key.

depends on what you priority is.
Bose's noise cancelling is second to none in the non-audiophile market. however, their sound quality/ EQ is pretty balanced and flat. if you're an audiophile, I would recommend shure. they're not noise cancelling but noise isolating. nonetheless, it still blocks out quite a bit of outside noise.

Thanks @louisbosco I am almost deaf so like not really an audiophile. I was more curious if they are actually comfortable. I have my Samsung earbuds in rn and they are almost like torture. Like nails on the chalkboard conveyed into a feeling on my skin…

@Filthy earbuds are pretty customisable to suit your ear needs. I'm sure that most ear buds come in rubber tips. there are also plenty of cushion ear tips you can swap over and they come in different sizes. the cushion ones I find are much more comfortable as you squeeze them when you insert and it moulds to your ear canal..

yeah probably. all electronics are not shipped with full capacity so when you buy them, there's some juice left but it's definitely not 100%

They need a firmware update too according to the app. I am glad I bought them. I listened to 3 of my all-time favorite albums yesterday and it was like hearing them over for the first time again. The noise cancellation doesn't seem like a huge deal until you throttle it down and hear the roar of the plane over the music.

I'd like to create a WTB thread so I can track down a pre-side seam XL Iron Heart t-shirt.
Does anyone have any idea when the sizes of the shirts changed and when the XL t-shirts began to have side seams?
My only IH t-shirt (from 2013) is an XL and doesn't have side seams and measures about 47 pit-to-pit.
I'd love to find another. Because of my "personal idiosyncrasies" wearing a t-shirt with side seams is like almost torture. I can't stand it.

I shouldn't be surprised that you knew this. But it amazes me how much you know about Iron Heart. It appears as though you are correct. But unfortunately the ones with the "old town body" are all sold in XL. Maybe someone will read this and want to sell me theirs? Or maybe Mr. Padmore can help a bro out?
