Any chance of a relaxed strong tapered cut in the future? For example, (for sanforized or washed denim) for 34'' waist, something the likes of 11'' front rise, 13'' thigh, 8.2'' knee, 7'' bottom opening.

Have a look at the new IH-NO-LOT jeans just released. They are the product of a random accident and may be just what you are looking for.

Really, @neph93? That must have been awesome.

As for the fabric, I agree both could/would work. I'd like to see it in a lightweight fabric for selfish reasons, though. Because of where I live (Los Angeles), I'd get more wear out of it that way. I love my UHFs, but they are basically like a light jacket for me.

I had a dig and here are some ofnthe shirts I was thinking of. Take the colourways if these:

          https://www.ironheart.co.uk/extinct/ihsh-38.html

          https://www.ironheart.co.uk/extinct/ihsh-47.html

And mix them into this pattern:

          https://www.ironheart.co.uk/extinct/#/categories-extinct_shirting

          And you’d be pretty close.

Some of us have been clamoring for more lightweight shirts for awhile  😃 I'd like to see more lightweight flannels personally for every Spring drop – something in the 5oz range and colorways similar to the IHSH-19. Basically a lightweight version of the UHF. Don't get me wrong, I do love my madras western but i'd get more practical use out of a lightweight flannel.

Summer weight flannels were a thing once both for Triple Works and Iron Heart. I’m going to take a wild guess and say they sold poorly, which is why they are not made now. However I expect that with the growth of the brand in terms of its global market, audience and retailer network, they may be more viable now.

@gaseousclay I agree but I assume @neph93 is correct about them not selling well. @Giles' kanreki shirt is one of my all-time favs, but I don't know if they'd make one like it again.

All joking aside, and not to get too political here, but it is deeply troubling that our president has the power to release (well, technically, he wasn't in prison yet) someone from jail that he has a clear conflict of interest with. Stone didn't contact them without Trump's knowledge I assume.

Fair enough. I can understand if it doesn’t make sense to go lightweight when UHF’s are your bread and butter. I will continue to buy UHF’s regardless. IH’s global reach is far greater than it was 5-10 yrs ago so I figured lightweight could be an option. I’ll keep my fingers crossed [emoji1696]

Ive been looking at the IHSH-35 Herringbone Work Shirt a lot & would really like to see it make a return.

The classic Herringbone would round out my Hickory & Wabash shirts perfectly and the Olive Herringbone from the IHSH-154 would also be a welcome addition.

Would anyone else like to add one these beauties to their IH collection?

Yes and yes.  My grey 154 was sunbleached in a very uneven way.  Amazing fabric.  Never been lucky enough to see a 35 in the flesh, but that herringbone with those bartacks is a glorious thing.
