Tired of reading about Covid-19 so thought I’d share my opinions on these jeans.

Been wearing these for about a month now and can say without question that these are now my favorite pair of denim. I was concerned at first that they’d be too tight, but they’ve relaxed after the first week. When I got them hemmed I went with a 31.5” inseam so that I can wear them uncuffed. I figured if I lost another .5” after a wash I’d still be fine. Either way, zero effs given. I simply can’t do cuffed anymore because of the abrasion marks it leaves.

It’s also interesting how my 14oz denim feels like paper compared to these. An interesting tactile response for sure. I’ll likely be able to get at least 2 more months of wear out of these before they go back in the closet.

I know I don’t have to tell you guys how awesome this denim is but if you’re on the fence I highly recommend [emoji106] can’t wait to see how these will fade over the next year

Surprised you can wear such heavy denim in heat. These jeans feel like I’m wearing carpeting over my legs. Can’t imagine how uncomfortable they’d be in the summer. I have very low tolerance to heat, so I’m sure I’d skunkify these jeans quickly with the way I sweat

The most I ever wore them outside in the heat was for 2 weeks in Italy last year,but otherwise I’m not really outside for extended periods of time when it’s really hot in the Summer. I do wash them accordingly.

I brought these 2017, sold them off jeans where too tight, this time i have size up, bag the last size 32.
Don’t think they make them again. Had to take my chances..

It’s a great denim. I’ve worn mine regularly for the last 3 months. Sadly, it’ll be very warm next week which means these will be going back in the closet

Just arrived now

I am used to wearing 25oz heavy jeans, soon as I try them they felt soft. I was thinking about going
for 555 14oz summer jeans, look like I can get away with this one.. didn’t hem them like them long fancy a change.

Those have become my go to Summer jeans. I think I have a few more 25OZ days left before I totally switch over. They look great,and mine shrunk a little more than I anticipated,when washed and dried. You won’t have to worry about that.

My favorite pair, when they actually fit. Had them for about 3 years but weren’t worn much due to weight gain. Just gave them their first wash.

Hands down, the best pants ever. Back pocket wore through and crotch is thinning, so have a pair of 555-XHS on the way to rotate and extend their life. Measurements almost identical except for a higher rear rise, so here’s hoping I love them just as much.

Then in a few months going to try and wear a pair of 666-19L for a year for the indigo invitational that I have no hope of winning because I’m incapable of creating high contrast fades. Really was just an excuse to buy a pair and stash a pair.
