So i tried on the lined riders jacket at SESF this past week and it was the 42(XL) and it fit great. From the looks of it, it seems like that means a XXL in this jacket is going to get me right.

@Giles are there any substantial differences in fit between these two jackets that I might not be aware of?

As you surmised, the lined one came a size smaller than the unlined versions…...That's about it.....

In case anymore intel on sizing is needed, I took this in XL (my standard IH UHF/shirt size) and it fits as it should over a tee.

Cross post of mine after having the sleeves shortened…..

Hot soaked once to get some shrinkage out of it.

I just stumbled upon this post because I really wanted this jacket in 13oz but it's no longer available… I've found a used one on sale and I was thinking about buying it but as far as I can tell, there is no inside pocket which is a bummer because I love my inside pockets for my phone... Dang it.

Thanks @neph93 for Super fast shipping

Now I need to decide whether to chop the arms or not. I like the light weight and fit, but the sleeves are way too long.

Looks great overall. Personally I would get the sleeves shortened if you are not happy with them. I did with mine. Found a great tailor who was able to deconstruct and reconstruct the original cuffs to maintain the zip and chambray lining.  Although it cost me a fair chunk of cash, it was certainly worth it!

Glad it arrived safely. The fit is brilliant. I chose to live with the sleeves, but a chop job should be doable.
