Hi Guys,
I have just pulled the trigger for IH 666 XHS in size 33, I know it's a tad too late (it's 2019) lol. Anyway, love the scent of this new denim and can already feel the quality and what everyone has said about the rigidness and softness of the fabric at the same time. So I feel like posting a couple of images and probably the fit later on.

Congrats @ricardodarmali on purchasing the best pair of jeans on the planet! And good luck getting them buttoned up the first time lol, the first time is always an epic struggle against a seemingly insurmountable adversary. It will test you as a man and make you want to cry for mercy. But if you persevere and emerge victorious, you will truly know that you can conquer anything. Plus you’ll have a killer pair of jeans to do it in.

Thank you! They turned out pretty well after some denim drama (my then 1 year old projectile barfed on them when they were new and the hasty, thorough cleaning they received caused marbling and abrasion lines). One summer of building work later they got thrashed and washed and started to approach their current glory.

@xtcclassic Luckily I managed to survive with only sore left thumb and not blisters ::) but unbuttoning/buttoning when you really had to go sure is a pain.

Don’t worry, once you’ve buttoned and unbuttoned them a few times, it’s a breeze. Just takes a few times to break them in.

Speaking of the buttons I think another issue why there is no XHS jacket yet is that the top button hole is already difficult to cut on the right place so the fabric doesn't start fraying after a while (I remember that happening a while ago). I guess that's why the XHS vest has snaps only in the first place. Also maybe H-san doesn't like the look of a Type III with snaps?
