I had one in the cart yesterday but dumped it in favour of some BA’ed imperial brown ale. Speaking of which, brown ale with lactose is fekkin nice.

I can imagine… I always find brown ale to be a bit lacking... Had a good bourbon BA brown the other day though... Excellent... Throw in some lactose and you have yourself a party I bet!..

I’m a twat. I took this Amundsen/Track collab DIPA for a ride last week. Liked it so much I picked up a couple more. Turns out it has lactose in it In fairness there is nothing sweet or “dessert” about it. It’s all bitter pine needles and grapefruit which is what I like best.

I’m a twat. I took this Amundsen/Track collab DIPA for a ride last week. Liked it so much I picked up a couple more. Turns out it has lactose in it [emoji23] In fairness there is nothing sweet or “dessert” about it. It’s all bitter pine needles and grapefruit which is what I like best.

I love DIPA’s. Most of the dessert beers I’ve tried only had a slight amount of sweetness and were very hoppy. Sweet can be good but not too sweet.

I started reading the list of ingrdients and knew it had to be Omnipollo…

Funny thing is none of the adjuncts really come through. It’s got a nice hop bite to it and a little sweetness but no mango and no s’mores. It’s still decent though

Got a bad bottle I think. Had to pour it down the sink at rate. Not a problem as the monopoly have a generous policy whereby I take the empty bottle back, describe the problem, they make a note and give me a new one.
