OGS is being used in marketing material for next years season tickets and his new contract with Molde (signed in September and lasting three years) has magically disappeared. It’s a done deal I reckon.
Oh nice, sounds like it is a done deal indeed. Well deserved.
Also, so nice to see Lukaku in beast mode again. Of course it's good to see every player at Man Utd playing to their full potential but so good to see Lukaku get that confidence back.

With all that being said though, PSG have really made a habit of choking and under-performing in the champions league. It poses the question…are they really that good? Are they as good as we think they are? Sure they tear it up in the domestic league but let's be honest, Ligue 1 isn't exactly the most competitive league in the world. The second place team in League 1 has 54 points which would put them in 7th place if they were in the Premier League.

holy shit
wow, we did it.
BLOODY HELL YES!! i woke up about 0411(GMT +8) for a piss and we're 1-0 up. then PSG scored and i thought fuck it, i'm going to bed. woke up about 0700 (GMT+8) and a notification from the news says "united through to quarters…" and i was thinking "fucking hell no way".
the teenagers played well. they we're lucky PSG's shots didn't end up in the back of the net as well. and for once, i'm thankful that pogba didn't play because if he was on and that penalty was given, boy i'd be having a heart attack.
This ^ exactly! If Pogba was stuttering and prancing up to the ball I wouldn't be able to watch (great player under OLE though)

^pogba is a great player. probably not a penalty taker. freekicks, sure. but not penalties.

hahaha they don't call it a farmer's league for no reason. they're definitely a good team. but it just shows that money cannot buy success. i honestly did not write them off for the second leg. improbable but not impossible.. i predicted a scoreline of 2-0 at the parc. 3-1 close enough. through on away goals rule..

Very happy camper here to see Bayern out. So sweet. Any nice facial shot of Messrs. Hoeness and Rummenigge on this occasion?
-
the return of english football perthaps? depending on the draw tomorrow. there could be 2-4 teams in the semis at this rate… it's been about 10 years maybe? that we've had 3 teams in the semis...
-
I was thinking the same….is the pendulum swinging back towards the premier league? I feel like it is.
-
i would love to see 4 english teams in the semis, just like 08/09 for the sake of english football. hoping the draw tonight swings our way.
-
manchester derby final. i'm calling it here first.
-
Of course we had to get Barcelona.
-
Definitely an incredible game.
I am really looking forward to Liverpool v Barcelona.

As a side note it is also pretty interesting that after OGS was officially announced as United's new manager on a permanent basis his team delivered one poor performance after another. Maybe it was a bit premature at this stage of the season? I still hope he can reach the CL and build a strong team for the future and put Utd back on top.

OGS is never going to be the solution to all that is wrong at OT. The recent run of games suggests the issue with the team was both Mourinho and within the squad, which I think everyone can now see. From a more elevated perspective we’re seeing the result of years of managerial shuffling, poor investment and no grand scheme, but I suspect the Glazers are the root problem.
