Hello everyone. Not sure if we do this here, but…
This will be my second year cycling 104 miles with the ‘5am crew’ to raise money for those suffering from Lung diseases and to help raise awareness. We are riding as TEAM HANNA again this year. Hanna is 22 years old and has been living with Cystic Fibrosis, a rare genetic disorder that affects the Lungs and digestive system. There is treatment but no cure, and the average life expectancy is the mid 30’s.If you can, please follow the link to my Reach the Beach page and donate to help people like Hanna. Thank you Joss! I agree, it really is a terrible hand to be dealt. I hope that the research can be done within their lifetime to find a cure and all we can do is help fund it and raise awareness.. thank you again on behalf of team Hanna!

Good for you Brock - my dad is a CF specialist. It’s been great to watch the progress treatment has made over the last 25 years, but they Have a lot of work to do.

Thanks to my employer my wife and me are to use this crazy gym for little money and it even has a pool and kindergarten. Awesome!
I feel totally out of place among the rich and beautiful though

189 days out from a Triathlon. I have to rev up the training in the next couple of weeks. The exercise feels great though!

Hey guys! I’m participating in my first 70.3 Ironman this June as a member of Team IMA5K. There’s 14 of us training and racing to raise awareness and funds for Autism. There’s a summer camp here in Oregon called Camp Odakoda and 100% of the money we raise will go towards a financial Endowment for the camp so it can live on indefinitely. I’m super pumped to be a part of the cause and to see what I can do on Race day!
Here’s a video that I made of myself that will be a part of a mini series put out by the team to help raise awareness for the camp.

Here is the first video of our 4 episode mini series that highlights what we are doing and WHY.
Please check it out and share it if you are so inclined. My team is raising funds for Camp Odakoda and awareness for Autism! It’s a real thing and the youth who struggle with it grow up to be adults with the same struggles. Camp Odakoda is a huge blessing to youth on the spectrum because they learn how to adapt and channel their abilities. The friends they make are lifelong and the connections with their counselors are life changing. It’s an amazing experience to see a camper come home and tell the stories of their experiences!Thanks for all your donations thus far. This is a great community and I’m happy to be a part of it!
