@mikebarhoot nice NBs. I have a pair of made in the UK.
I do think though that companies should be made to differentiate between 'made in' and 'assembled in' as it misleads the public. NB assemble some of their range in the US and UK from parts sourced from other countries (mainly China and Vietnam).
Generally people buy 'made in…' because of the ethics of home grown. I know I do.

Does anyone have suggestions for a rough out boot with a structured toe similar to RW Iron Ranger in style? I've tried the Lofgren service boot and while it is a beautiful boot, the to box isn't structured which makes it look more like a desert boot imo.any of the premium brands do something similar? I've had a browse and they all seem to have similar lasts.
Any pointers very appreciated

Ps @rocket nice shot of your pf flyers. They are comfortable shoes right? I still prefer them over cons 70s (and that they are owned by New Balance rather than Nike)
