The handles on my minty new IHB09 was ripped from its seams somewhere between Dallas and effing Newark. G invited me to the meet up and told me to bring it for them to check it out. Haraki looked at it and asked if they could take it back to Japan with them! It was surprisngly easy.
It could've gone down any number of ways with suggestions to get it repaired here in NYC or even to get a new one. But Giles & Haraki didn't even think twice about what they should do.
So if you ever wondered what you get when you buy Iron Heart UK (besides the baddest ass gear)- you also get the best service and confidence that your clothes were made & designed by people who actually give more than a flying fuck about you.
How many people do you know who can say that? Long live IH.

Finn666 the glasses are moscots http://www.moscot.com/mens-eyewear-nebb-brown-crystal-fade_125_15.html#lenscolor=Clear , had them for a few years now & i broke them a few weeks back. i was bummed so i decided to take them down to the shop to see what my options were & they fixed them for free despite the fact that they are way out of warranty. Sorry would of responded to your question sooner but it takes me forever to go through theses threads
