Photograph and Camera talk

some point and shoots have in-camera red eye reduction…and some photo programs have it for post-processing..
otherwise ways to help- don't use zoom too much, walk closer to subjects..and shoot at a slight angle...red eye is from a direct reflection of flash from the eyes.
-
I use flash… Don't really use a zoom... Thing is I used to be able to take pics without the eyes showing up all red... It's set to reduce the red-eye effect even...
By 'auto' you mean 'auto-intelligence' Beats?.. Cause it's a bit better with that, but I never used the function til I started having issues with the standard function...

Giles, ultrasonic refers to the type of motor the lens uses. With Canon they call it "USM", which is now pretty
standard technology on most of their middle through top end lenses. Ultrasonic motors tend to be
quieter than the previous technology also I believe. -
Glad i found this thread. I just began exploring the boards outside the IH products LOL. I do alot of photography but for the last few years, i am merely concentrating on something a lil more challenging.. dogs! Aka American Bullies.
It's great to capture them posing like they can follow my directions. -

wow. don't suppose Robert was carrying a camera?
no, im surprised he can still walk. it was just really funny that sid kaplin came in the same time he did. my dumb co worker tried to take a photo of the two of them together but my boss told him "if you take that photo your fired fat man".
