IH-2527J - Brown Cotton Duck Riders Jacket

Would the length on these be 23.8 (Large IH-9527J SB) or 24.2 (Large IH-9527J)?  The latter's length is my minimum. 
I've wanted a Type III in duck for sometime now and I'm surprised there's not been more talk about one.  Would get a brown duck Type III in an instant.

I will say however that the duck 2527J was one of the most original and unique jacket's I've ever seen….

What about copper or brass for buttons on the duck type IIIs???  They'd have to be roughed out some to dull the finish otherwise too shiny. 
Like it with the regular one's too though….  Ether way, I'm down.
