Was my post deleted?
Ah shit. That was my bad I think. It came up as a double post in Tapatalk so I deleted one and left the other, but it must be a Tapatalk glitch as I’m seeing loads of double posts on my phone. Sorry about that.
Oh, not a problem; I just wanted to make sure I didn't write something inappropriate. haha.

Pro tip: read the forum in tapatalk, but if you need to do mod work, click on the "open in browser" and go web based. It cuts down on mistakes like that. Doesn't eliminate them, just cuts down on them…

THE KNICK… https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2937900/
Re-visiting it... It's marvellous... A masterpiece... Soderbergh's best work, Owen's best character... Grim, dark, dirty, inhuman, with a delirious, disorienting soundtrack to it... Vivid, visceral artwork...

Watchin PARADISE LOST… A documentary on... Well, read about it here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paradise_Lost:_The_Child_Murders_at_Robin_Hood_Hills
It has Metallica for a soundtrack, and a whole lot of crazy hillbillies... Fantastic...
I also finished DARK... The German Netflix series... It was described a "more mature version of STRANGER THINGS" but it's mainly just pretentious, and less funny than WWII...

Think I've seen this…I know I've seen documentaries on the Memphis three before but not sure if it's this one exactly.

I just watched "Staircase" about an author who was convicted of 1st degree murder of his wife in North Carolina. He was almost certainly wrongfully convicted, every state witness perjured themselves, and his closeted bisexuality played poorly with the southern, old, jury. He said she fell down the stairs (and further theories actually suggest she was attacked by an owl).
It's interesting regarding the other shows mentioned, because people seem to have a strong tendency to seek "justice" for a death. They feel like if someone is blamed, then the death is erased. However they fail to see that by blaming the wrong person, or punishing someone unjustly, they add more tragedy upon the original tragedy. People can't accept that sometimes tragic things happen for no real reason at all.
This is made doubly hard when the police are essentially saying "yes we are sure this guy/guys did it."

Did you watch the original 8-part series, or the latest 3-part one?.. Good stuff either way… The owl-theory was quite the... hoot...
A clear case of fowl play… see what you've started? ::)

Watching The Strain. Not sure what to think. I want to like it but the whole vampire thing is getting tiresome. 4 episodes in and it's not blowing me away.

It's a 3-part HBO documentary… Paradise Lost "The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills" (1996), "Revelations" (2000) and "Purgatory" (2011)... Second and third part are, despite having lots of material repeated from the first part, necessary if you're interested in the final outcome...

Thanks @Seul …pretty certain it was one of these that I watched.
