Sounds like XXL may be the way to go. Measure a vest you own the same way IHUK measure, and check the measuring table to get an idea of length.

Ah bummer xl to big for a t shirt which is how I'm mostly going to wear…didnt want to take a chance on hot wash ...want a snug fit ...hopefully fit pics next week ...also the pendant kicks ass

I went through about three IHV-02's before I worked out what was best. And what's best is bothering the crew at IHUK until I find the perfect one Good luck with the next one. These are amongst my favourite IH items.

Thanks neph yeah chest measurements are tricky if it was a shirt it would be perfect but with no arms you can  go a little smaller then your usual I'm guessing… if you want a snug fit with T

For sure. In fact the larger armholes on the IHV-02 mean the chest measurement is taken lower down than on a shirt or tee so you can go smaller. I look for a measurement on my IHV-02’s that is the same as the chest on my tee’s to ensure a close fit.
