So, good news:
After selling our house last year to begin the search for something more accommodating to our growing family and temporarily downsizing to an apartment while we were house hunting, we are closing the deal on what is essentially our dream home. Me, wife, and kids are all over the moon.Bad news:
And this seriously was the first thing that came into my mind as a major drawback of pulling the trigger on our dream home…it’s gonna take a bite out of my annual IH budget -

McDonald's totally deserved to lose that case; and they didn't pay nearly enough.

I've actually spilled scalding hot coffee on my goods before. It never occurred to me to sue.
