No tapping/bottling date. Best before was 01/2019, so I’d guess bottling was Jan of this year.

This was only a 330ml bottle. I’d be very happy with a half litre bottle. It was very tasty. I have a bottle of the Tap 6 in the cellar too.

500ml is generally best I agree. Sadly Nøgne are moving over to 330ml and Kinn have too. I suspect they think it’s a lower admission price for people who don’t know their shit.

I hear you and I see your point. But when I find a balls out great impy stout/porter/ale/quad I want it to last. That BA’ed old ale I posted earlier was delicious and did not get boring at all. Only having 330ml would have been sad.

Have to admit, I think 50cl is about perfect for most beers.  Though there are a few beers that are so good, it would be almost criminal not to put in 75cl bottles.
