Due to a lot of photos being on 'photobucket' and now not showing. Can you boys with these boots, show us how they are looking today.

Theres a pair on eBay I've got my eye on and would like to see them 'worn in'.

I wear my typical 9 in Vibergs and these were too small for the first 2 years and still hurt an big toe if walking long distances. So my advice would be size up one!

Thanks to @den1mhead for his recommendation, I had these re-soled at 'The ShoeHealer'. I posted them off to them as I live to far away. They were great people to deal with and a great turnaround.

I bought these from @theorocks and they are my first pair of Engineers. Really pleased with them and they will also be my go to boot when the bike comes back out next week.

Damn @bryaneidins70 those look great!  I love the overall look of this boot, I think this is my favorite so far.  I really like the look of the 2005 Viberg last and the heel seems shorter than the Wescos.  I posted a pair of CXL Vibergs I've been looking at that have the 2005 last but it has an unstructured toe. I'm guessing the Wild Ones are not an unstructured toe?  What's the consensus on an unstructured toe?  @neph93, @Appfaff?

If you don’t need it for safety then it’s a matter of personal taste. Those that care about such things appreciate it for it’s vintage vibe and authenticity.

For engineers, I'm a big fan of the unstructured toe. I think it lends itself to a more sleek look overall. But, as @neph93 said, if you have a practical need for a toe box, go for it.

Also, as this is a fashion forum and we tend to talk about these things….. Imho, how you imagine the boots to look after a few years matters too. If you smile at the thought of them being beat to hell (And don't have a need for the structured toe box), go unstructured.
