Meet up with some local denim heads yesterday from IG (denim_and_whiskey, heypizano, and chankolb) checked out a new to me store 'Foundry: Mens goods' near Tacoma–loved hearing their vision of collaboration and community!

I went along to the Arnold Sports Festival in Melbourne yesterday. It was a sea of fake tan, fake boobs, and obvious steroid abuse! :o

The main stage had a couple of bodybuilding competitions running on it.

The powerlifters were less civilised…

Strongmen doing their thing with big balls!

There were a few fitness celebrities on show. I don't know who this is.

But this is Kai Greene, who's a rather large gentleman.

If you felt a bit short on the implant front, there was a stand who could sort you out. :o

If you can, change the contents as they will probably be frozen. Novel as it is to have snow in London in Spring, this weather could easily be catastrophic for insects, birds, all wildlife really..

@EJS just been out and filled the feeder up with fresh mealworms…Yes, agree with you that the weather is harsh on the wildlife, especially if they have started to nest, even the deer have come closer in to eat from a neighbouring veg patch!

Thanks @Matty123 first beach day of the year, and actually the twins first time really getting to play in the sand for a while. We had fun and they we exhausted by the time we got home.

My wife and I never really have taken advantage of pretty decent beaches being 40 minutes away from us, but now that the kids are at an age where they have less spontaneous meltdowns, we figured we would try more often this year.
