Just got the full scan results on Thursday, so my first PT appointment is early next week. I’m really looking forward to getting a plan and starting working again. I’ve been very careful to keep my weight down during my inactivity so while I’ve dropped muscle my body fat is low. Seems like a good place to start from.

Jesus. I’ve paused 305 x 3 High Bar but that was when I squatting regularly.
Not sure I could ever pause a low bar, or at least, not anywhere near substantial load.

Got these in the mail today…
Excuse the crotch shot. I had to run to babies-r-us so I got to try them on and move around a bit. My initial impressions… they are extremely comfortable. I love 21oz denim. I’m still undecided regarding how this cut works for me, so we’ll see how I feel after I get some miles on them. I also got this...

Spent the weekend cooped up in the house with rainy weather, but it’s not so bad with new (to me) jeans to wear. I have to say this denim is so much more comfortable for lounging around than my xhs.
I made it out for a quick Costco run…
But then back to work with these guys…
Work usually implies a lot of time spent doing this…
It should be nice tomorrow so hopefully I’ll get some shots outside.

It’s been awesome wearing these jeans every day. The denim is [emoji1419] and the cut is growing on me.
The Toyota is still going strong.
The subi is a 2015. The new to us family car.
It’s been nice the past few days so the pups are happy.
And I picked up a new gym/hiking bag, which I’m pretty stoked about.
