Bought a 555-01 few years ago and absolutely love this denim.

Hi everyone!

Did some selvedge denim googling on Sunday to finally know what the heck the fuss is all about and found this brand and forum. Ended up buying my first pair of selvedge denim and IH was the brand I went with. I’m from Hawaii so got the lighter 14 oz. in the 777 cut.

If you enjoy the 14oz then consider the 21oz too. Thick and heavy but performs well in warmer climates due to a loose weave.

Shoots!!! @RoxRocks86 welcome to the forum! @neph93 speaks the truth. I do love Hawaii. . What island are you on? Wife and I own a studio in Kihei, Maui that we rent as a vacation rental. We have a rental in Kapaa as well.we hope move there in the future. There’s lots of information and opinions about cuts and heat factor on this forum. Good luck braddah.

Definitely interested in snagging a pair of 21 oz @neph93. Everyone’s been saying that it’s super soft and seems to be an all around fave. Can’t wait to get my hands, I mean legs in pair!

Sup @Matty123!!! Where you from? You and your wife visit often? You guys definitely chose great locations as rentals. I’m on Oahu, but due to work have travelled to the different islands. Frequented Kauai the most tho as the last company I was with was located there. It’s definitely my favorite island hands down!

@RoxRocks86 hey bro. We live on the east coast in Connecticut. We get out to Hawaii once a year for 3 weeks to a month. We plan on moving there in the next 3 years if everything works out. Yeah Kauai is great. We were just out there’s for 3 weeks in October/November. Half the time on Maui and other half on Kauai. Wish we could get out there more often. Where on Oahu do you live? I’ve spent a few days on Oahu. Went to pipematsers in 2016 and a day or two in Waikiki (which is a crazy place) this past trip. Lucky you live Hawaii! How did you come across Iron Heart?
