Lucked up and found a pair of these in like new condition. The previous owner wore them around the house 2 times and decided he didn't like them. So into the closet they went until I purchased them. I know this cut isn't everyone's cup of tea but I love them.

Nice score man. Classics Are they the ones that we’re just on eBay? If so I was tempted myself but the waist was too big. Good luck bro. Bust em
 -
Nice pick up man. Enjoy
 -
If I might add the 777 cut is probably superior to this cut. If you want XHS Beatle Busters just get a pair of 777-XHS. -
^
would you care to elaborate on your cut preference @Filthy 21/23oz junkie ?
I would compare the Busters more to the 555 based on the rise and taper, but I will hold comments until I hear/read your thoughts
 -
I could be wrong but I was thinking that cut was the closest to the Beatle Buster minus an inch in the rise on a 777. As time goes on I think I like relaxed fits better. I am due to get a pair of 364-XHS this week, as soon as they come in. My knees as starting to bother me and I am finding that I no longer feel like trying to break in tight jeans.
! I am old and fat

Looking at those there I guess I was way off. Sorry @madmonday

why are you sorry, you super passionate (which I admire) and humble (which I admire) and a genuine nice person to internet people (which I sometimes admire sometimes am confused about)
just didn't want to steer someone reading these posts to a cut that did not meet their expectations
no harm no foul or in a vegan's case fowl, see what I did there
last time I was on here this much it had to be like 2014 or so
 -
get your fit pics in here and give us progress reports @slickyinc and the thread will long outlive the run of these jeans
 -
this is the best online community and forum of all time. what a great bunch of people.

I was embarrassed I was so wrong. And also it didn't occur to me at the time, but I sounded like a jerk (probably) saying one thing was superior to the other. When I was super skinny the only thing that mattered to me was small leg openings and everything else was moot. I guess that's why in my mind I put the 777 cut on a pedestal. Giles said for years they'd never do a XHS slim cut and they finally did one to my amazement.

So I'm older and slim "size makes no difference " with old knees and have switched from 666 to 634 for work. This cut will not impede your movement, a quite valuable cut for aging
Slim cuts are still fine with me if sized wisely, for example my 777's measure 33 and my big boy 55's measure 32. -
Wearing these today, picked up a while back from a legendary forum member.

Great fit. Like a 555 but with a touch more room in the block and thigh, plus good of space for Engineer boots at the hem.

Nice score @organisys the past is the past, but I do like the BB cut. Fortunate to have owned two pairs in it, one of which is still in rotation.
