Overall Less than 50 but more than 20

I don’t really keep up but when I go to the doctor she tells me.  Since last year I’ve lost 17 lbs, slow and steady wins the race for me and my goal is to get a perfect physical fitness test score for the marine corps for my age group.

Still have a way to go but I’m one of those people who needs a goal to continue to push forward otherwise I just kind of lose interest
