Unpopular opinions

I really do want one, but I'm fighting an uphill battle since there is some inconsistency in the breeding. You can wind up with a pig the size of a large dog, mostly they get up to 200lbs, and could potentially get up to 600lbs. Jody isn't real hot on that idea.
This is only for pygmy pigs, not potbellied pigs.
And yes, pigs are one of only a few species that can digest human hair and bone. There is a pig farm 7.2 miles from my house.

yeah a bit of a neph post
Ha….Imitation is the sincere form of flattery.
We should have a thread where we only post in the style of someone else.

Yeah, @madmonday, I guess I was having a bit of a moment. Part of it is probably projection on my own strange build. I'm 5'9" but am much more leg than torso apparently as I typically wear a 32.5" to 33" with some break or slight stacking. I've had issues over the last few years finding denim that fits in both the waist, thigh, knee etc. I recently rediscovered how much I love the 634 cut when I won the auction for the sample 634SBG's. They've been my go-to pair for the last 3-4 months and they're aging wonderfully and fit the way I like. I should really get some pics uploaded when I get home from work…

Having seen the 634SBG from @Clint_D in the flesh, I would attest to the need for photos - they are unreal

it was a good unpop op, and it is the point of the thread
the thread is like the rants thread, except rants go on without much dialogue, unpop ops are fun because it's a bit more back and forth.
best part is no one is trying to change or bash other folks ops, just give their take on the same subject, item, etc. and keep it moving
believe it or not this forum has been super good for my empathy, hahahaha cue emo music
back to unpop op, hahaha

That is a perennially unpopular opinion.

I find it incredulous that a "civilised" country can get itself into a position that it has to shut down government….This is not a political statement....
Especially when the sticking point (from both sides) is the future, health and welfare of children (moral not political opinion).
-
Agree with Clint. I’m fkn embarrassed. Special interest groups such as insurance companies control my government. I’m furious actually. Not embarrassed.
-
Well, it's sorta only a "partial" shutdown. Workers deemed "essential" will continue to work, without pay.
That way, citizens/voters are less affected and the political gamesmanship can continue without any check on its irrationality.
-
^^
funny. imagine telling people to work for no pay because the job they do is essential (dangerous and life-threatening)
aLso people on leave for whatever reasons are required to come to work because during a shut down there is no leave or days off even if sick or a death in the family or a tree falls through your house cause that's the way it goeswhile the elected officials making decisions continue with their pay and lifetime benefits
the stress this causes on the regular working folks is insane and i didn't even get into the contractors and other folks who are government employees but basically screwed over while this is going on
oh and we haven't even touched on the lack of guidance in these government agencies because of the clear nepotism which i thought was supposed to be illegal in appointments

Right… all Members of the house and senate continue to get paid regardless of the shutdown. Criminals
